GLB: What makes this space “home?”

Kristy: I love the unique layout and minimalistic flow I have created to cater to my lifestyle. The space is calming, relaxing, and purposeful so I can be creative and innovative on my projects in the space but equally relax and be comfortable with friends (and pups!).

GLB: What are 3 things in your apartment that you can’t live without? 

Kristy: The windows are definitely the hero of every room and I don't think it would be the same space without them! My long dining table which is doubles as a wonderful workspace for all of my materials by day (it is usually covered with fabric, rug, tile, paint, and wallpaper samples!) and a gathering space to host dinner parties by night. I also love the tall ceilings and exposed pipes as it gives a little New York vibe. 

GLB: What room do you spend the most time in? Why? 

Kristy: I spend the most time in my dining room since that is my main workspace during the day. It is west facing so it gets amazing light and I love keeping the windows open! It becomes a true blank space for me to get creative and makes working from home more enjoyable not being restricted to a tiny office.

GLB: What are your favorite neighborhood spots? 

Kristy: Mother Wolf for Italian, Superba for brunch al fresco, and The Hollywood Farmers Markets for Sunday morning strolls
