GLB: What makes this space “home?”

Jake: The ginormous fireplace in the living room HAHA. As soon as I laid my eyes on that fireplace I knew that I had to live here.

GLB: What are 3 things in your apartment that you can’t live without?

Jake: My 20 ft high ceilings with original beams, the fireplace, and the balcony that looks over into the living room. 

GLB: What room do you spend the most time in? Why?

Jake: Probably my bedroom! It’s so bright and dreamy in there it keeps me relaxed but motivated. 

GLB: Favorite neighborhood spots? 

Jake: I don't have any specifics it's more so that I love the convenience of being able to walk everywhere while also having so much nature around. It’s truly a dream. Most days I don’t even have to get in my car to go get the necessities it's all right down the street!
