Occupation: Zach Krasner is a design director in the start-up world by day and an artist by night. Kelsey is a journalist in the health space. 

GLB: What makes this space “home?”

Kelsey: I said "each other " and Zach said "the fact it's on our electricity bill." We landed on our fuzzy blanket, candle, cooking at home, and Alexa playing "evening jazz". 

GLB: What are 3 things in your apartment that you can’t live without?

Kelsey and Zach: 

1. Zach's childhood piano

2. Topo Chico

3. Bathtub
Lumbar support pad (we prioritized look instead of comfort with our furniture lol)

GLB: What do you love about living in an older building?

Kelsey and Zach: I mean, the attention to detail never gets old —  everything from the painted ceiling beams to the iron door handles to the strange carved dining room shrine-esque thing. It all makes you want to get creative. Plus, the intense warmth of a no-ac summer :)

GLB: What room do you spend the most time in? Why?

Kelsey and Zach: The dining room. It's somehow become our place to work, eat, and hang.

GLB: What are your favorite neighborhood spots?

Kelsey and Zach: Curry Kingdom for Indian and Sushi Fumi for sushi.
