Occupation:  We work in interior design and the wellness space. We've been together for 17 years and decided it's time to launch something of our own - A plant based charcuterie venture we named "NIBEL" 

GLB: What makes this space “home?”

Lucas & Lubomir: Mainly the memories over the years and watching our interior style evolve. Frolicking around our beautiful neighborhood. Design wise we love the coziness and warmth all the character brings to the space.

GLB: What are 3 things in your apartment that you can’t live without? 

Lucas & Lubomir:  We absolutely love our vaulted high ceiling and the energetic sunlight that blasts through the tall windows in our living room. But lately we LOVE that we have a breakfast nook area in our kitchen. Reminds us of our travels to Italy and the traditional masserias. 

GLB: What room do you spend the most time in? Why? 

Lucas & Lubomir: Living room - it's our sanctuary. During the day we bask in the sun drenched space. At night we love to light candles reflecting off the spanish archways and city views. It's kind of a laugh when we entertain because our space is known to our friends as a place to relax rather than rage!

GLB: What are your favorite neighborhood spots? 

Lucas & Lubomir: We truly love our bustling neighborhood. One of our treasured spots is Bari (3rd street) - best negronis and Apulian style bites! Pan Pacific park for letting the pooch run wild. Melrose Place Sunday Market offers the freshest produce! 

GLB: Tell us about NIBEL!

Lucas & Lubomir: We just launched NIBEL - assorted plant based grazing box experience! In other words, fully plant based Charcuterie for events and even to-go! We are over the moon excited for its Summer 2023 launch! Instagram: @nibel.box
